Something that really bothers me about Guren in general is the way he cares nothing about himself like at all for example how he literary offered his body to Mito for sex if this can make her feel better on Wrat19 volume 1 chapter 3

And then we had Mahiru getting angry and sad over this because she finally could completely understand that the night Guren had sex with her was all to comfort her and wasn't actually because he loved her or all (even on Catastrophe at 16 novels Guren clearly said after that if Mahiru feels better which clearly shows he just wanted to comfort her and didn't sleep with her cause he loved her but sounds Mahiru didn't want to accept it that time but then later when Guren did the exact same back to Mito she finally gave up and accepted that) and yes it bothers me because it shows us how much Guren never and I mean it never cares about himself a bit, he clearly shows us that he never loved himself and always lived for the others sake till now even before Catastrophe he showed us how much he doesn't like himself by sleeping with Mahiru because who really and literary offeres his body to someone's else only to can comfort? Till now the Guren we saw was a type of man who never cared about himself and even as a 5 years old kid he wanted to be strong so can protect the ones he loved not anything back for himself (remember when in Catastrophe at 16 novel 1 chapter 1, he told Sayuri and Shigure that this is the master who should protect the servants and not them?) and I think in this case he and Yuu are both exactly the same: they both never loved themselves and all they want is to be loved by the others.

And well this is sad yes this is sad because it is far behind being normal, they both traumized and suffered to the point they care nothing about themselves like can we remember chapter 110 and how Shinoa asked Yuu if she tell him she doesn't feel well then will he pick her up and then Yuu did that without hestination?

As if someday someone will ask him for another level of closeness then he will accept it easily cause all he wants is them to be safe and comfort them however he can no matter what even if it means to offer his body and oh this is too sick to see both Guren and Yuu like this I hope they both can learn to love themselves more and that they are both important their lives ARE important their lives are NOT miserable ones so if they'll die then that's fine and all…

And I think this is one of the most important goals of this story that MUST happen eventually
